HDA’s urban design team is experienced at preparing viability, vision and delivery documents to promote development schemes through the local planning process.

Concept masterplans and vision documents highlight a sites unique potential, development opportunities and capacity.  Our landscape-led approach can help demonstrate how a site would sit within the landscape, wider benefits and how potential impacts can be offset.  

We are able to provide an assessment of a sites potential and establish concept masterplan options to establish enough certainty to inform local plan and site allocations decisions.

A residential led mixed use development for approximately 500 homes to the west of Hoddesdon. The project constituted a major development within the Green Belt.
