BREEAM and CfSH

Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method or BREEAM for short, is a sustainability assessment method that evaluates the procurement, design, construction and operation of a development against a range of targets based on performance benchmarks.

BREEAM evaluations combine assessments from a range of disciplines, not least ecology and land use. HDA has extensive experience of providing assessment work for these elements, as well as devising proposals which protect and enhance ecological features in order to meet or exceed the BREEAM criteria standards.

WELLINGTON COLLEGE BREEAM
