On behalf of Marchfield, HDA prepared concept masterplan proposals to support the site’s allocation through the Local Plan process; followed by Illustrative masterplan proposals, parameters plans and Design and Access Statement for outline planning.
The mixed-use scheme accommodates 750 dwellings; community uses including a primary; retail, office and light industrial employment; and sports pitches. The scheme has been granted outline consent and is being built out by Barratt Homes.
