On behalf of Miller Homes, HDA prepared a site appraisal and capacity study to support the site’s allocation through the Local Plan process, followed by illustrative masterplan proposals, parameters plans and a Design and Access Statement for outline planning.
The masterplan accommodates 500 new homes, a primary school and public open space near Evesham in Worcestershire. HDA’s involvement also included the preparation of a Landscape and Visual Assessment and Landscape Strategy for the scheme.
