HDA acted as expert witness on behalf of North Cornwall District Council at an appeal against refusal of permission for the Crimp Wind Farm near Morewenstow.
HDA evidence involved extensive field and desk based assessment to demonstrate the visual impact that the proposed wind farm would have. Cross-sections utilising ground model data were presented to demonstrate the degree of view from key viewpoints.
