HDA created a rose garden for the Hare Krishna Temple at Bhaktivedanta Manor near Watford, and is it now in full bloom.
The design includes herbaceous perennials, shrub roses, bulbs, box hedging and yew cones, along with lawns, paths, Yorkstone edging and metal arches and gazebo.
Previously HDA completed an LVIA for Bhaktivedanta site, identyfying the likely visibility of an earlier development proposal and prepared a preliminary assessment to accompany the planning application.
