HDA prepared a Masterplan Document on behalf of Central Bedfordshire Council for new homes, employment, community facilities including integration of a strategic link road.
The document considered the site context in relation to the local countryside, transportation and existing settlement of Arlesey. HDA’s involvement also included a heritage appraisal, and extensive public consultation with stakeholders and the local community.
The Masterplan Document was adopted in 2014 and forms the basis for any planning applications coming forward for the site.
