Working with ASP, HDA helped Knight Developments achieve a resolution to grant planning permission for this scheme of 103 homes in Wealden District.
The site is within the High Weald AONB and within 7km of the Ashdown Forest SPA/SAC. HDA’s inputs included landscape, ecology, masterplanning and expert witness.
