Hankinson Duckett Associates (HDA) is a professional consultancy, established in 1998. HDA combines landscape architecture, masterplanning, ecology, arboriculture and other expertise, to resolve design and planning issues at a range of scales.

Our work involves assessment, design, and implementation of projects, and advice on the environmental aspects of residential, recreational, and commercial development, for private and public bodies throughout the UK. We provide a comprehensive approach to project work which adds value through innovative and efficient solutions.

PLANNING CONDITIONS DISCHARGE

HDA’s landscape architects helped clients, Rivar Ltd, achieve the successful discharge of a reserved matters application for hard and soft landscape proposals for 157 dwellings at Greenham near Newbury.  The application was approved by West Berkshire Council after the site was granted outline approval in January 2018. 

NEW NATIVE WOODLAND

Landscape contractors, Nicholsons, have just completed the planting of 8,250 transplants to create two areas of native woodland on land near Hoddesdon in Hertfordshire.
